This Platform, Tiyare Care, is a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool. It provides educational information and automated triage guidance based on established clinical protocols (AAP/Schmitt-Thompson). Use of this Platform does not constitute the practice of medicine or establish a physician-patient relationship.
1. Data Minimization & Ephemeral Processing
Robinson House Behavioral Health Services, LLC (the "Company") utilizes a proprietary "Zero-Persistence" architecture. Unlike traditional health applications, Tiyare Care does not maintain longitudinal user profiles. All Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is programmatically excluded from session storage. Data processing occurs in volatile memory and is purged upon session termination.
2. HIPAA & HITECH Compliance Framework
The Platform is engineered to meet or exceed technical safeguards mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). While the Company avoids the collection of Protected Health Information (PHI) to minimize risk, all data transit is secured via AES-256 bit encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols, ensuring a high-security environment for medical inquiry.
3. Data Aggregation & Analytics
The Company may extract, aggregate, and monetize fully de-identified metadata derived from User interactions. In accordance with the HIPAA "Safe Harbor" Method, all 18 specific identifiers are removed. These aggregated data "trends" (e.g., regional spikes in pediatric respiratory distress or triage volume forecasting) may be shared with, licensed to, or sold to healthcare partners, hospital systems, and public health entities. Under no circumstances can these data trends be used to re-identify an individual user. The Company further implements technical safeguards and business processes that specifically prohibit the re-identification of any information, ensuring continuous compliance with the most recent state and federal privacy standards.
4. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Governance
The Platform utilizes Anthropic's Claude AI via secure API integration. Per our Enterprise Service Agreement, User inputs are strictly prohibited from being utilized by third-party AI providers for "Fine-Tuning" or "Model Training." Your clinical queries remain the intellectual property of the Company and are protected from public AI exposure.
5. COPPA Compliance
Tiyare Care is strictly directed toward parents, legal guardians, and adult caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Company becomes aware of an unauthorized minor user, an immediate "Session Purge" is initiated to delete all associated metadata.
6. Zero-Advertising Promise
While the Company monetizes aggregated trends for hospital systems, we maintain a strict Zero-Ad-Targeting Policy. User metadata is never sold to third-party marketing brokers, and you will never be tracked across the web for the purpose of serving healthcare-related advertisements based on your interactions with this Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robinson House Behavioral Health Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform. Users are directed to validate all automated triage guidance with a licensed medical professional.
